Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of leadership, the Project Assistant will provide administrative, operational and clerical support to the successful implementation of various programs and/or projects. Performs related duties as required.
Job Roles

Acts as office automation specialist/coordinator/troubleshooter.

Assists in preparation of presentations, narrative and statistical reports, locating sources of information; creates simple charts and graphs for reports.

Coordinates logistical arrangements for training events and meetings, including, securing facilities, catering and materials preparation.

Maintain project files; creates and maintain excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes.

Prepares correspondence and documents; prepares agendas and minutes of meetings; sets up meetings, contacts participants, reserves rooms, prepares notices and agenda; assembles materials/documents needed for such meetings. Maintains contact list for teams.

Relieves leadership of certain administrative details by routinely and independently performing administrative support tasks such as researching problems; contacts outside vendors, healthcare organizations, community agencies and others to gather

information, requiring independent judgment; prepare contracts, purchase orders, check requests and other light accounting tasks.

Sorts, screens, prioritizes and routes mail, attaching pertinent correspondence and other relevant data for reference; determines in what priority material should be referred to the leadership's attention.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate's degree or some college coursework required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: One to three years relevant experience
